Return Policy
Returns may be accepted for eligible products where the request is raised within a reasonable time and the item is unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging wherever possible.
Return conditions
- Item should be in unused or resaleable condition.
- Original packaging, accessories and invoice details should be preserved wherever possible.
- Return approval must be obtained before sending the product back.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, installation or tampering may be rejected.
Return shipping
Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for the return. If the issue is due to a Royal Customs fulfillment error, we may guide the customer on the return method. If the return is for another approved reason, the customer may need to arrange return shipping.
Inspection and next steps
After the returned item is received, it is inspected. Based on the result, Royal Customs may approve replacement, exchange, store credit or refund according to the nature of the case.
